RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct detailed user research, market analysis, and competitor studies that the product team can leverage to make informed roadmap decisions
- Gather and organize user feedback from support channels, sales, or surveys for product insights
- Develop customer workflows from customer research as basic tools to make decisions on what the customer can do.
- Give presentations on research/interview findings and write up and announce our sprint release newsletter internally.
- Work with the design team to communicate user value so that the Design team can craft the desired user experience.
- Work with the engineering team to align on solution specifications and make micro trade off calls when needed
- Manage sprint items on Jira and collaborate with design and engineering to answer questions and support alignment with regards to desired feature outcomes.
- Build Mixpanel boards that allow the product team to understand the performance of existing features and identify patterns to inform product decisions
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS and/or MS in Civil & Environmental Engineering, Construction Management or any experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) domain
- Proven past interest and limited education in Product Development
- Shows deep sense of curiosity about customers’ needs and workflows
- Ardent team player and comfortable with fast paced, highly dynamic environments.
- Experience with using analytics to facilitate decision making
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Exposure to customers in either customer service, customer success or other capacity where professional interaction with customers is required.
- Is familiar with Mixpanel or other user data analytics tools
- In-depth knowledge of the ALICE Platform’s capabilities and feature set
