That’s precisely why we’re on the lookout for a new team member to collaborate with us in designing, developing, and analyzing A/B tests for the Flashscore websites and apps. Your unique ability to approach tasks with a dual focus on marketing and business perspectives will play a pivotal role.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE?
Developing A/B tests using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React and deploying them into production (we use Optimizely for experiments, but are open to exploring other technologies).
Working closely with other departments across Livesport (Engineering, Product, BI, Marketing).
Contributing to the selection of appropriate product and business hypotheses, and actively participating in the evaluation and interpretation of results.
Designing and executing data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Commitment to ongoing self-education.
Marketing mindset.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on creating well-structured and readable documentation.
At least a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
English language proficiency at the B2 level.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
WE WILL BE EXTRA HAPPY IF YOU
Can think analytically about the user and business impact of A/B tests.
Are familiar with Optimizely or other A/B testing tools.
Have experience with data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau).
Know basic JavaScript.
Have experience with GTM and Google Analytics.
Are interested in our products and are no stranger to sports topics
