Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a diverse team of designers.
- Prepare project bids, design processes, and review deliverables.
- Communicate with clients and present designs.
- Create concepts, flows, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and mobile apps.
- Develop art direction, finalize UI, and coordinate handoff to developers.
- Review and fine-tune the final product in collaboration with developers.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI web and mobile app design.
- A keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and UX.
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- An ability to prioritize client needs.
- Team player with leadership and motivational skills.
- Consistency, responsibility, and a dedication to delivering top-tier results.
- Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and punctuality.
- Superior communication and presentation skills in both Czech and English.
- A knack for quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Awareness of the latest trends and technologies.
Desirable Experience:
- Branding (creating brand concepts and identities)
- User research and testing
- Animation and motion design
- Coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Webflow development
- 3D design
