Key Responsibilities
- Digital Design: Craft high-quality assets for social media, newsletters, campaigns, and online banners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Print & Merch: Create brochures, flyers, sales decks, and simple merchandise, preparing print-ready files using Adobe tools.
- Motion Design Basics: Develop simple animations or motion graphics to enhance visual assets.
- Brand Application: Adapt existing brand guidelines to new formats, proposing creative ideas and templates that influence brand perception across channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, designers, copywriters, and other creatives, contributing ideas and learning from senior team members.
- Efficiency: Utilize Figma, Adobe tools, and AI design tools to optimize workflow.
- Learning Mindset: Keep abreast of new design trends and tools, applying them to everyday tasks.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent English and basic working proficiency in Czech.
- Proficiency in digital and print design, with a solid understanding of typography, layout, and presentation design basics.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and various AI design tools.
- A creative mindset, attention to detail, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- 2+ years of experience in a design role, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse mix of digital and print work.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- First experience in UI/UX design.
