Current Opportunity:
Right now, we´re seeking a Group Senior UX/UI Designer responsible for creating exceptional experiences across our sportsbook, betting, and iGaming products on iOS, web, and Android platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- A hands-on leader in UX/UI projects within the design organization while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Understands business expectations and timelines, identifies opportunities for innovation, and helps remove blockers.
- Supports conceptualization, develops user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, UX best practices, UI trends, and industry advancements.
- Understands user research, analyses findings, and translates insights into meaningful design solutions.
- Promotes a culture of design thinking and navigates product ambiguities with curiosity.
- Analyses user feedback, data analytics, and competitive insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve the product.
- Strong understanding of design systems to ensure visual consistency across platforms and has the scalability mindset at every design decision
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- 7+ years of UX design experience
- Experience in presenting concepts and design hypotheses to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken (C1/C2)
- Understands information architecture, content, and navigation needs that facilitate seamless user experiences within the platforms.
- Proficiency in color theory, shapes, typography, and form to enhance usability and improve the user experience.
- Experience designing for multiple platforms, including iOS, web, and Android.
- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and others.
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Experience in betting, gaming, fintech, web3, or related industries.
