As Head of Product (Software) you will define and lead the vision, strategy, and commercial success of Trezor’s software ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product excellence, Bitcoin expertise, and business impact.
Trezor’s software Suite – desktop, mobile, firmware – is not only the primary user touchpoint but also a core monetization engine.
You will guide a team of product managers, collaborate across engineering, design, security, hardware, and partnerships, and shape how millions of users interact with self-custody and Bitcoin.
👉 Your responsibilities at Trezor:
- Own the full product strategy and roadmap for all Trezor software experiences
- Align product direction with user needs, company goals, and market opportunities
- Treat software as a strategic revenue channel and identify scalable monetization opportunities
- Define business KPIs and collaborate with leadership and finance to deliver measurable outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers across multiple verticals
- Ensure seamless interaction between hardware, firmware, and software
- Champion user-centric decision-making backed by research, testing, and analytics
- Ensure software adheres to Trezor’s high security standards
💪 What do we need from you?
- Deep knowledge of Bitcoin and the broader crypto ecosystem
- Strong leadership track record in senior product roles managing teams and multi-surface products
- Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes and design successful monetization strategies
- 7+ years in product management with a focus on consumer-facing or security-sensitive software
- Strong understanding of UX principles, systems thinking, and hardware–software interaction
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to be onsite regularly in Prague for close collaboration with engineering and hardware teams
