Job Description:
Act as a liaison between International HR stakeholders and technology delivery teams, systematically gathering and documenting requirements, guiding product development, and ensuring successful product delivery and its viability and alignment with business and HR needs.
As a Product Manager for HR technology solutions, mainly in Workday and ServiceNow, you will:
Required expertise and experience:
– 5+ years of experience coordinating project delivery with a minimum. 3 years of experience in coordinating software delivery projects
– Knowledge of the International HR landscape, functional HR needs, and challenges
– Knowledge and experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow software and functionality (ideally both)
– Experience in working with Agile concepts
– Proven track record in delivering products or solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction
– Proven track record in building quality business cases and value delivery validation
– Customer-centric way of working
– Ability and flexibility to work with employees from various cultures and across time zones (U.S., Europe, and India)
– High proficiency in English
– Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or related field (desired)
– SAFe SA and SAFe APM certification (desired)

Salary range: Slovakia – from 4 400 EUR to 6 600 EUR gross a month. The actual salary is based on skills, experience and knowledge; Czechia – from 127 000 CZK to 190 000 CZK gross a month. The actual salary is based on skills, experience and knowledge.
