At Cleevio we are expanding our core team with a Product / Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of projects, drive collaboration and keep everything running smoothly. We are looking for a smart, organized and communicative professional who enjoys solving problems, keeping things on track and making sure everyone, from clients to developers, is aligned. If you are passionate about technology, love structure and stay calm even when things get busy, this might be the perfect fit.
You’ll be working on:
- Leading smaller projects from start to finish – from the first idea to final delivery
- Setting goals, planning timelines, and ensuring milestones are met
- Proactively solving issues before they turn into roadblocks
- Keeping both clients and developers aligned, informed, and happy
- Managing budgets, hours, and reporting
You’ll also:
- Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations and quick problem-solving
- Maintain great client relationships and handle reports, invoices, and time tracking
- Collaborate daily with developers, QA, and designers to plan, prioritize, and deliver on time
- Keep project documentation clear and simple, track performance, and suggest improvements
Bonus points (aka nice-to-have):
- 3–4 years of experience managing software or digital projects
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A curious, proactive mindset with a focus on results
