You will be working as a member of our Brand Creative Team at Ataccama to deliver outstanding services to our internal stakeholders and customers. You are passionate about creating compelling and innovative solutions for our digital motion graphics experiences and communicating our campaign messaging. Working closely with our Creative Director, Designers and Marketing team, you will contribute to all design aspects and ensure they are robust, progressive, and commercially strong while being able to rationalize design choices.
Your Challenge:
- Creating visually stunning stories that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand identity across diverse platforms.
- You’ll masterfully use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, execute, and refine motion graphic projects.
- Skillfully integrate typography, visual effects, and sound design to create impactful and immersive motion graphics that leave a lasting impression.
- Ensure seamless playback across all devices by optimizing your designs for different screen sizes and resolutions.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet and exceed client expectations and align with our brand standards.
- Active participant in the creative concepts process, bringing innovative ideas and solutions that drive the team’s success.
- Effectively juggle multiple projects, adhering to timelines and delivering within budget.
- Closely with the Creative Director and other team members to understand project goals, gather feedback, and implement revisions to achieve the desired creative vision.
- Partner with graphic designers and content creators to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Film, edit, and enhance our social media posts, ensuring they stand out and drive engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously refining your skills and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.
Is This You?
- Proven track record in both agency and in-house settings.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your talent in both editing and animation.
- Hold a relevant degree or diploma in motion graphics design or a related field.
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in using professional-level equipment to film and produce social media content.
- Experience building experiences targeted B2B buyers in enterprise companies.
- Possess a natural flair for design and aesthetics, with a passion for creating visually captivating content.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (in English) and can clearly articulate your ideas and creative vision to stakeholders and senior staff.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals.
