Salted CX is 16 humans building an AI‑first contact‑center app. We ship daily, joke often, and avoid anything that slows us down. We need our first dedicated Product Designer to keep the experience sharp while features fly out the door.
What you’ll do
- Jump into discovery chats, stand‑ups — no design cave.
- Drop just‑in‑time artifacts: sketches, mocks, tiny prototypes—whatever unblocks the squad.
- Iterate on the live product: kill friction, add delight, rinse & repeat.
- Balance gut feeling with lightweight tests or metrics—ship > polish forever.
- Develop our design library.

- Bias to ship: rough cut today beats perfect in one year.
- Low‑ceremony: decisions in Slack & coffee chats; meetings only when needed.
- Cross‑functional: you’re in the squad, not a design department.
