We’re looking for a highly skilled designer who focuses on digital product design. You should be a dreamer and driven innovator who can empathize with both users and team members with experience in designing complex software applications.
In addition to working with a cross-functional team, you will also have the possibility to mentor other designers and help to improve our product development processes across the company. In the department we run different rituals and initiatives that will allow you to perform at your best with the support of the team around you like product syncs with our digital management team or 1&1s with other designers.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design digital products, websites, and brands from Discovery to Delivery (Perform user/market research, plan and execute on the roadmap, measure/analyze the outcomes, iterate)
- Closely collaborate and drive product decisions alongside Tech Lead and Product Manager
- Present your solutions to the project stakeholders and team members
- Conduct user research activities like workshops, interviews, or other studies to understand your users and to validate user personas
- Develop consistent design systems and contribute to the project documentation alongside PMs
- Conduct competitor analysis on alternative products in your client’s market to ideate the best possible solution
- Manage design delivery expectations based on project plan & milestones
- Ensure adherence to UX/UI standards, elements, patterns, and specifications
- Test and validate solutions with real users
- Contribute and drive department initiatives and inspire everyone in the company
Skills & Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in the design industry
- 3+ years of designing digital products
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills to present and effectively advocate for your ideas
- A portfolio that demonstrates your eye for design and taste for aesthetics while showcasing the outcomes of your design solutions by applying UX/UI patterns & principles
- Experience working with Figma (Adobe is nice to have), and with user/app analytics tools that allow you to measure the impact of your design decisions
- Strategic & analytical thinking coupled with the ability to work with data and understanding of the business environment & product development lifecycle
- Last but not least – a genuine interest in tech, product development, and design
