As a Product Designer in our Prague team 🇨🇿 you will be expected to create amazing user experiences and implement it. You should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
In addition, as a member of our product design guild you will work alongside the industry’s top talent where you will have the chance to not only learn but also grow professionally.
In your day-to-day as Product Designer at Similarweb you will 🚀:
- Own and execute all visual design stages for your product, from initial concept through design reviews to final hand-off to engineering
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary product development team – product management, engineering, product marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Get to know our customers, users, markets and competitors through continuous research and in collaboration with your product peers
- Conduct usability research and evaluate user feedback on an ongoing basis
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
The ideal candidate should have ✨:
- Ideally 5+ years of experience as a product designer.
Experience in B2B SaaS and/or e-commerce platforms a plus; experience in fast-moving startup environments – an advantage. - A strong work portfolio demonstrating the ability to design complex user experiences, as well as excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Superb collaboration and communication skills, a demonstrated ability to partner closely with both R&D & product managers
- A business-led approach that promotes focus and data-driven decisions
- Proficiency and comfort working with Figma and various design systems
