As a Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in leading and delivering an impactful product and its features. In this specific project, our goal is to create the leading Fintech venture in the Middle East — a comprehensive, multi-country app that stands out with an attractive package for both consumers and merchants. Our aim is to not only simplify everyday financial transactions but also make them more rewarding.
The core qualities ofProduct Manager
- Product Ownership: Be the go-to person in the delivery team, overseeing the whole product journey from brainstorming ideas to testing. Your job includes defining, prioritizing, and managing the to-do list, also known as the backlog.
- Market Research: Dive deep into the market scene. Find out what’s hot, what the competition is up to, and what our customers really want in the area you’re in charge of.
- User Research and Testing: Team up with UX designers to chat with users and put our products to the test. Take what you learn and use it to make our products even better.
- Solutioning: Team up with the tech and design folks to come up with smart and creative solutions that match our big picture goals.
- Feature Delivery: Own specific features or areas in the product. Make sure they get done well and on time.
- Compliance: Ensure that the features developed comply with the overall product vision, strategy, and industry regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Hang out with our team and other important people inside and outside the company. Get their thoughts, figure out what features matter most, and make sure we’re all on the same page.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Pitch in on our big dreams and plans. Share your thoughts and ideas on where we should go next and help shape the future of our products.
