We are looking for a Product Manager who will make our product easier to use from day one. In the contact center industry, many people are often very relationship-focused and may not have the time or technical skills to fully leverage new technology. We want users to derive value from our product immediately. To achieve this, we aim to provide a rich set of built-in content such as dashboards, knowledge base articles, and AI-powered features that help users understand best practices in their industry and use our product to follow those practices.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and users to help them extract value from our product from day one. While our product offers ultimate flexibility, we want to ensure users can start using it effectively immediately.
Experience with GoodData or other embedded reporting platforms
