Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.
Your Impact
As a Product Manager for Privileged Access Management (PAM), you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic vision for our Privileged Access Management program within the broader organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate across infrastructure and application owners, and drive the product lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
This position offers the opportunity to influence the modernization and maturity of how privileged identities and credentials are managed in a zero trust enterprise.
The PAM domain is responsible for protecting high-value assets and administrative access, ensuring session control, secrets management, just-in-time (JIT) access, and continuous monitoring of privileged activities. PAM works in concert with Identity Governance Administration (IGA), Workforce IAM, and Directory Services under the overarching Identity and Access Management program.
You will develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for PAM aligned with enterprise risk objectives, compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001), and business needs. Drive adoption of password vaulting, JIT access, and ephemeral credential solutions. You will lead the full product lifecycle for PAM tools including CyberArk, BeyondTrust Password Safe, and/or emerging cloud-native PAM platforms. Gather business and technical requirements, evaluate integrations (e.g., with ITSM and SIEM tools), and prioritize feature development.
You will partner with internal stakeholders such as Security Engineering, Cloud Ops, Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, and Business Application teams to ensure successful PAM design, deployment, and operationalization. Act as a bridge between security policy and technology enablement and track evolving PAM capabilities such as identity-centric least privilege, remote access without VPN, risk-adaptive controls, and cloud-native PAM.
You will plan and manage go-to-market launches, including change management, user enablement, and operational readiness. Promote self-service onboarding and automation for faster privilege elevation and auditability.
You will define and monitor success metrics like vault adoption, privileged account coverage, session recordings, and time-to-remediate findings. Leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement and accountability. You will champion security best practices while ensuring usability of PAM solutions for infrastructure teams, developers, and operations. Reduce friction through APIs, CLI integrations, and policy-driven automation.
