In this role, you’ll help Rossum grow by deeply understanding how our customers use the platform and translating those insights into impactful product features. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and GTM teams to shape our roadmap, validate new ideas, and deliver improvements that help customers work faster and with fewer errors.
You’ll work with real customers, their feedback, data, and research to ensure we’re always building what matters most.
What You’ll Do:
- Specify new product features and collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout delivery.
- Work with customers, their feedback, usage data, and market insights to identify and evaluate product opportunities.
- Analyze opportunities for innovation and growth, prioritize features based on customer value and business impact.
- Define MVPs and validation approaches to test new ideas quickly.
- Support go‑to‑market efforts to promote new features to existing and prospective customers.
- Contribute to product vision and thelong‑term strategy.
Who You Are:
Must-Haves
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset; comfortable using data to guide decisions.
- Curiosity about customer behavior, workflows, and how we can improve their experience.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams.
- Ability to write clear specifications and communicate product decisions effectively.
- Internal communication in English as a default.
Bonus points if you have
- Hands-on experience building data intense or system integration products.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Previous product management experience in SaaS, automation, or AI‑driven products.
- Familiarity with user research methods and experimentation frameworks.
What Success Looks Like:
Within 3 Months
- Onboarding: Complete training on Rossum platform, analytics tools, and product development process.
- Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, Customer Success, and Product peers.
- Initial Impact: Identify 2–3 immediate improvement opportunities based on customer feedback or product data.
Within 6 Months
- Operational Rhythm: Lead weekly feature refinement sessions and define clear KPIs for your product area.
- Process Improvement: Deliver one validated MVP experiment and refine backlog with data‑informed prioritization.
- Documentation: Create or update runbooks for core workflows in your product area.
Within 12 Months
- Scale or Launch: Lead the launch of a significant feature or workflow improvement used across multiple customer segments.
- Measurable Outcomes: Demonstrate measurable product improvements (e.g., reduced error rate, increased adoption, improved efficiency).
- Future Roadmap: Present a clear, data‑backed plan for next‑year growth opportunities within your domain.
