Your Role:
As a Product Manager for the Product Detail Team, you will be responsible for improving and optimizing the product detail pages, which is one of the most important touchpoints when using h!g services. These pages play a crucial role in connecting customers with our offers and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve user engagement and conversion rates, whether coming from or going to that page.
What You Will Do:
- Product Management: Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge by efficiently conducting discovery, making informed decisions, evaluating ideas based on insights, and playing a pivotal role in strategic discussions and guiding senior stakeholders, while earning respect as an expert.
- Discover opportunities: Identify and create opportunities that align with our company strategy and address user needs through thorough research and user insights.
- Deliver improvements: Execute your suggested improvements for product detail pages, focusing on both marketplace and PPC offers, using agile methodologies for rapid delivery.
- Collaborate effectively: Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience throughout the discovery and delivery process.
- Analyze and iterate: Analyze user feedback and data analytics to uncover opportunities for further enhancement and innovation, driving continuous improvement.
- Stay competitive: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our product detail pages remain relevant and competitive on the market.
- Optimize performance: Drive A/B testing and experiments to optimize page performance and increase conversion rates, applying insights gained to inform future strategies.
- Validate ideas: Validate hypotheses and ideas through user research and testing, ensuring that decisions are grounded in user feedback and data.
- Utilize data effectively: Process and evaluate user data using Google Analytics and internal metrics to support informed product decisions, ensuring a data-driven approach to discovery and delivery.
- Leadership across multiple teams: Drive product initiatives across multiple teams by fostering motivation and cooperation, effectively managing stakeholders including senior leadership, defining and negotiating team goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce;
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and analytics;
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making;
- Confident speaker of English language in both oral and written;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Agile mindset and experience with Scrum methodologies.
