The Role
NetSuite Products and Services Product Managers are part of a world-wide team pursuing innovative ways of delivering user-centered solutions that provide real value to our customer base. We balance challenging product demands to make investment decisions between new features, product improvements, and sustainability initiatives. We are highly motivated professionals responsible for handling the product lifecycle of cloud business applications and infrastructure crafted for small to medium-sized businesses.
As the Product Manager, you will work closely with product management leadership, business partners, customers, and the development team to drive the design and development of our Projects and Services Automation solution. This role is for someone who wants to be responsible for capturing and prioritizing feature requirements and working with a development team to deliver high-quality products in an Agile environment. We’d like you to be a self-starter who loves to engage with customers to identify problems and collaborate with team members to find the best solutions. Qualification:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration OR in Engineering with an understanding of Business or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ of Product Management
- Design Thinking experience
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Desired Experience: Business software exposure, with ERP exposure and specifically services automation exposure a plus
- Previous experience interacting with customers, requirements gathering and analysis
- Application of design thinking towards identifying the business problems to solve, options to solve at a persona level, and roadmap to improve user experience for critical personas over time
- Unfazed by ambiguity and demonstrate a resilience in adopting change
- Good communication and presentation abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts.
- Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with groups of subject matter experts (SME’s) to build positive relationships
- Jira and Figma experience a plus
Responsibilities
Your work will include collaborating with product management leadership, technical teams, and other stakeholders to build, enhance, and maintain our Projects and Services Automation product.
- Work with Product Management and experience research/design leadership to drive discovery activities and decisions
- Lead discovery sessions, research synthesis, and discovery asset creation
- Define business requirements and user scenarios based on customer input, research, compliance requirements, and product strategy
- Conduct market and competitive research
- Research, analyze, and document regulatory changes to ensure that our product offerings and compliance reports are up to date
- Collaborate with product management leadership to build cross-team roadmaps
- Manage Jira projects to ensure cross-team dependences are documented and addressed based on agreed upon commitments
- Work with Product Owners to generate clear definition and prioritization of high-level business requirements
- Ensure detailed user stories from Product Owners are aligned with business requirements
- Conduct solution reviews and acceptance testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the team’s feature backlog, designs and implementation is aligned with product roadmaps and strategy
- Ensure feature releases are planned, documented, and shared as appropriate
