Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product development of supplier self-care portals and procurement tools
- Define, communicate, and advocate for product development strategies
- Deeply understand customer needs to effectively propose solutions to address identified pains and gains
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog for discovery, design, development and market introduction.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and field teams to drive rollouts and user engagement.
Job Requirements
Role Requirements
- Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Service Design principles.
- Proven track record of delivering against strategic objectives and operating targets.
- Experience working in an agile delivery organization; strong knowledge of agile principles, techniques, and tools.
- Strong influencing and communication skills to foster client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, managing, and operating customer-facing channels or front-end applications.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
