We’re looking for a Product/UX Designer to join our Product team — someone who understands both customer and business needs and enjoys turning real problems into meaningful solutions.

What you´ll do:
- Map and improve the whole customer journey not just the product interface.
- Working with customers, partners, and business needs to find the right solutions.
- Work closely with product owners and developers.
- Transform tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle, from the first-time user to the expert.
- Turn ideas into user flows and designs that define how the product looks, feels, and works for users.
- Establishing research methods and strategies with our product.
About you:
- You have experience with Product design, Customer experience (CX) design, User Experience (UX) design, or a related field.
- You are confident with Figma or other design and prototyping tool.
- You want to have deep knowledge of the company product and service portfolio to understand customers’ and business needs.
- You’re proactive and self-motivated—you look for opportunities, don’t wait for instructions.
- You enjoy working collaboratively, co-creating solutions with teammates to achieve shared goals.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills (in Czech and English as well), with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, influence decision-makers, and set and manage expectations.
Nice to have:
- Deeper expertise in one of the following: UX research, UX writing, visual design, working with data, or even AI tools.
- A background in complex or cross-platform products, especially in tech-oriented environments.
