We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a track record of delivering exceptional B2B SaaS experiences. You’ll drive high-impact initiatives for our flagship products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of data management.

Your mission
- You’ll immerse in hands-on design craft, solving complex customer problems while guiding the success of critical initiatives.
- Discover: Develop a deep understanding of our platform’s capabilities. Dive into product discovery and engage with customers to unearth opportunities for enhancing user experience, continually building empathy for their needs.
- Collaborate: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to continually deliver value to our customers.
- Create: Make diagrams, prototypes, and interaction designs to rally your team around your design vision addressing customer needs.
- Ship: Deliver good and iterate to great.
About you
- You bring a wealth of experience designing for complex B2B SaaS products, with a deep understanding of enterprise customers.
- You put the customer front and center.
- You are proficient at all aspects of product design — from discovery to detailed interaction design and delivery, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- You communicate clearly in person and writing and use storytelling to articulate design decisions to different audiences.
- You are collaborative and invest in the way you and your teams work.
- You have a sense of ownership, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions, and drive work forward.
- You have a holistic approach to design work and balance customer-centricity, technical feasibility, and business goals to make exceptional products.
- You streamline complexity.
- As a bonus, experience with AI-driven use cases, data-oriented products, or data visualization is appreciated.
