🚀 What Awaits You With Us:
- Creating user interfaces with a focus on user-friendliness and intuitiveness.
- Conducting user research, including user tests, questionnaires, and competitor analysis.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for quick design iteration.
- Collaboration with the development and product teams.
- Designing responsive designs and adapting them to various devices.
- Optimizing performance and page loading speed and the ability to test page performance from a UX perspective.
- Utilizing user behavior analysis for continuous improvement of our products.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely in a team.
- Using design and prototyping tools (Figma).
- Knowledge of basic technologies such as HTML, CSS, at least at a basic level for effective communication with developers.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, …) and work planning, including prioritization.

- Experience in a similar position in e-commerce, SaaS, or a startup, where quick design changes were necessary, and there was a focus on results.
- Efficient use of Figma
- Creation and development of the UI design system. Experience in creating components is required, contributing to design systems, or style guides is a plus.
- Analytical skills and experience with UX research and A/B testing.
- Systems thinking – the ability to frame the problem from multiple perspectives.
- Ability to lead and evaluate user testing. Customer data is an important source for us.
- Ability to transform complex problems into simple user interfaces.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS. Experience JavaScript is nice-to-have.

🌎Location:
We prefer Prague because we regularly meet in the office for 2-3 days. Home office is a given for us, but teamwork in one room is invaluable.
