We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product & Design Team. Join us in spearheading fintech/insurtech projects, driving innovation and shaping the future of finance and insurance.
With an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude, you excel at blending creative tasks, such as ideation, with analytical tasks like roadmap planning.
Your main responsibility will be to guide the creation of client’s products and balancing customer and business needs. This can include helping scale ups with their new product vision, strategy and helping them to deliver towards that vision or helping established banks to reinvent themselves by listening to their customers and building new delightful products.
What you’ll do
- Be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders from clients in defining product needs and related business strategies.
- Combine an understanding of customer (customer persona, pain points, problem statement) and business (business goals, business model, competitor analysis, industry trends) to guide the definition of high-value opportunities and solutions.
- Assess business value and develop goals and KPIs, scaling potential opportunities and impact as needed.
- Work with design and engineering to turn the product vision into executable steps, removing ambiguity at every step. You will be responsible for setting priorities, aligning clients with your vision, and overseeing the work of junior colleagues.
- Lead the product research process, translating research results into actionable product insights.
- Lead client and internal product workshops, aligning multiple stakeholders with conflicting opinions.
- Drive the Discovery and Delivery process. From initial concept validation to final delivery, play a pivotal role in validating the product concept, defining essential features for MVPs, and executing Agile development.
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management or ownership roles.
- A track record of shipping products to market.
- Strong decision-making skills and a sense of ownership.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of technological frameworks, including front-end and back-end development, and API integration.
- Preferred: Consulting background, presentation skills to senior stakeholders, and familiarity with both product discovery and delivery phases.
