We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive this innovation. You will play a key role in shaping TeamCity’s strategy, identifying high-impact growth opportunities, and overseeing their execution. With the team ready for product-led acceleration, now is the perfect time to join.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop both short- and long-term product visions and strategies, managing prioritization and roadmaps.
- Define metrics and goals, conduct experiments, test hypotheses, and identify the most impactful growth areas.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and segmentation and translate these insights into actionable product requirements for the team.
- Conduct market and user research, including qualitative and quantitative studies and data analysis.
- Lead development teams with a strong product vision and work closely with our sales, marketing, research, and analytics teams.
- Explore collaboration opportunities and joint offerings with other JetBrains product departments.
We’d love to have you on our team if you:
- Have at least five years of experience in product management, with at least two years in senior or highly autonomous roles.
- Possess hands-on experience in market and user research (qualitative and quantitative methods), data analysis, and defining long-term visions and roadmaps, along with a proven track record of successful launches.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Are highly proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
- Are comfortable collaborating across departments and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
Bonus points if you:
- Have worked with developer tools (especially CI/CD-related), even if only as a user.
- Have experience building B2B applications, especially on-premises solutions.
- Have an understanding of or hands-on experience with technical stacks.
