Atlas Copco, Compressor Technique Business Area is looking for an experienced UX Designer (Medior/Senior).
You will be part of our Global Digital Marketing Team (20+ people sitting mainly in Belgium and Brno) and be responsible for developing Atlas Copco Compressor Technique’s global website. All with close cooperation with your colleague from the Digital Marketing team (mainly Front End Developers and SEO Lead) and sales teams around the world.
You’ll seek to deliver the best digital user experience in the industry to our customers. You will be responsible for the UX development and Conversion Optimization for Compressor Technique (CT) Business unit.
You will look to understand our user’s needs and their experiences to effectively communicate improvements with our cross-functional teams. You can look forward to collaborating with passionate and talented user experience and lead generation teams at a company with a growing focus on digital customer experience.
In this role, you will contribute as part of an interdisciplinary team including division & customer center communication teams, development partners and stakeholders throughout all phases of the digital customer experience journey.
You will be reporting to the WEB CX Product Owner.
Work location: Brno
Hybrid working: 2 days office attendance/week; 3 days HO
Responsibilities:
• Own overall Conversion rate (Visitor to Lead ratio)
• Develop and test new feature & template, Website change requests
• Support divisional editors in content creation with UX best practices
• Provide training to Division & Customer Center on UX/UI, new templates, and features.
• Identify problems, gauge the usability of our websites, and drive improvements
• Understand & clearly communicate the information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the User Experience with Divisional & Customer Communications & developers
• Perform & Organize usability tests to validate design choices, working with Analytics to define UX KPIs
• Work with developers to successfully implement designs into our sites
• Identifying new functional tools that will strengthen customer engagement
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in interaction design, visual design, human-computer
interaction, human factors, computer science, or a closely related area
• Min. 3 – 6 years of experience as UX Designer
• Strong bias toward taking actions
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (plus)
• Strong Figma skill
• Experience with Storybook
• Experience in doing User Research & Design Thinking
• Ability to apply design thinking into complex problem spaces
• Passion for working in a team environment and sharing best practices
• Willingness to travelling (up to 10%)
Experience with the following is considered a plus:
• Agile development methodologies
• HTML, CSS, JS knowledge
• Angular
