We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager to drive our initiatives in High-Quality Machine Translation. You’ll shape and execute strategies that enhance our translation engines, assess and integrate third-party solutions, and optimize translation outcomes through intelligent pre- and post-processing. Quality as we see it goes beyond linguistic accuracy: The perfect translation creates content that resonates with audiences, helping our customers achieve their goals.
You’ll define impactful product initiatives clearly, setting ambitious but achievable success metrics. You’ll craft compelling narratives to demonstrate how these initiatives directly contribute to driving adoption and revenue growth.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Identify Impactful Initiatives: Identify and define product initiatives that drive adoption and revenue. Clearly articulate their purpose, success metrics, and strategic value.
- End-to-End Ownership: Guide your initiatives from inception through execution, partnering closely with engineering, research, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams for development, rollout, and enablement.
- Customer-Centric Strategy: Balance strategic priorities with incoming customer requests, ensuring short-term wins and long-term strategic goals complement each other.
- Transparent Communication: Regularly communicate your roadmap and outcomes to senior stakeholders, fostering alignment and transparency.
- Innovation & Quality: Continuously explore opportunities to leverage new technologies, improve translation quality, and increase the effectiveness of automated workflows.
- Professional Growth: Stretch to new heights in an environment designed to help you hone your skills and pick up new ones, with managers and colleagues supporting you every step of the way.
What you need:
- Experienced in Product Management (5+ years), ideally with a background in translation technology, AI/ML solutions, or related fields.
- Skilled at developing clear success metrics, crafting persuasive narratives, and delivering impactful messaging.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams in a remote and globally distributed environment.
- Excellent communicator, able to confidently and transparently present to senior leadership and incorporate diverse feedback constructively.
- Strategically minded with the practical ability to balance immediate customer needs against long-term vision.
